Hi, I'm Bonnie. I am a Certified Health and Well-being Coach with a specialty in Lifestyle Medicine. Lifestyle Medicine focuses on the power of small, daily habits like movement, nourishing food, sleep, and stress management to prevent, treat, and even reverse chronic disease.
I have a B.S. in Health and Wellness Management, which gives me a foundation in health promotion, wellness education, and the science of behavior change.
I believe in creating a supportive, judgement free space where you can show up exactly as you are.
